Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GraceMark (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it.
3. Your data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the company and employee data you upload or sync. You confirm you have a lawful basis to provide that data and to deploy signatures to your users' mailboxes, and that you have configured the Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace integrations with proper authorisation. You are the data controller for employee data; we process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement.
4. Integrations
The Service connects to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace using credentials you provide. You are responsible for the scopes and admin consent granted, and for complying with those providers' terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including sending unlawful content, infringing others' rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraceMark is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. (Fill in.)
